Every job starts with the material you are cutting, the machine you are running and the conditions on site. We do not open with a product — we open with questions.
Only once the requirement is clear do we put a specification together. If a cheaper item does the job we say so; if the job needs something we do not supply, we say that too.
The order is the last step, not the first. That is why a large part of what we publish is technical material you can use whether you buy from us or not.
Where a figure is not published we confirm it against your application instead of quoting a plausible number. An honest limit is more useful than an invented parameter.
