Cable, springs, spacers and re-sleeving parts
The components that make a wire work: steel cable, springs, spacers, connectors and the assembly hardware for building or re-sleeving a wire. In fissured ground the springs are what keep the wire alive.
Enhanced wire assembly with springs between the beads is necessary for cutting inconsistent material in quarries with holes and cracks. The spring lets the wire flex through a fissure instead of snagging and breaking.
Re-sleeving only pays where the cable is still sound. Cable fatigue, broken strands and core corrosion are what we check before advising re-sleeve or replace.
The wire must rotate as it cuts so beads wear evenly. Assembly that restricts rotation leads to one-sided bead wear and wear flats even when the beads themselves are correct.
Values we can state from real applications, with the basis for each one.
Every specification above is confirmed against your material, machine and site conditions before an order is placed.
We specify against the job rather than the catalog. These are the facts that decide the answer for anything in Diamond Wire.
This product is specified as part of a set. These are the wire families and product groups it is normally combined with — final selection depends on the material, the machine and the site conditions.

Cutting speed 8–10 m²/hour. Wire lifetime 20–24 m² per meter. Stable cutting with no wire breaks recorded, and measurably reduced downtime.
