Drive wheels and pulley wheels for wire saw machines — the wear surface between machine and diamond wire. Kept in condition, they protect both the wire and the cut geometry.
Grooved or glazed wheel surfaces load the wire laterally and wear beads unevenly. Wheels are inspection items, not lifetime parts.
Diameters, flange profiles and mounting differ between machine classes. Send the machine model and we supply the correct wheel.
Wheels run with rubber liners — see Rubber Liners — and both are replaced as a pair in service.
