Down-the-hole hammers in the diameter classes matched to our drilling machines. The hammer runs directly behind the bit at the bottom of the hole, so impact energy goes into the rock instead of travelling down the drill string.
Hammer size, bit shank and air delivery must agree with the machine and compressor already on site. Send the rig details and we match rather than approximate.
Hole cleaning depends on air volume. An undersized compressor makes any hammer look bad — we check the pairing before quoting.
Pistons, cylinders and chucks are normal wear items; we supply them with the hammer.
