Mini wire saw for block trimming
The 18.5kW mini wire saw is built for localized cutting at the quarry — trimming and squaring the heads of blocks where a full production machine is not needed. Small footprint, modest power supply requirements, and easy to reposition around the yard.
Block trimming is short, straight cuts on stone that has already been separated — not continuous production cutting. The 18.5kW class matches that duty without paying for power the job never uses.
Full-production machines are often idle between trimming calls. A dedicated mini wire saw keeps the production saws cutting while trimming is handled on the side, at lower running cost.
Define the trimming line and cutting plane on the block first, then position the machine, pulleys and wire. The same discipline that governs production cutting governs trimming.
