Block trimming with extra power reserve
The 22kW class covers the same trimming and block-head squaring work as the 18.5kW mini saw, with additional reserve for harder stone, longer cuts and higher daily trimming volume.
Same trimming duty, more reserve. Where the stone is harder or the trimming list is long, the 22kW class holds cutting speed without pushing the machine to its limit.
Trimming on a production wire saw ties up the primary machine. A dedicated 22kW unit keeps the production saws on bench cutting while trimming runs in parallel.
Trimming performance depends on the diamond wire as much as the machine. We match the wire specification to the stone and the duty before quoting.
