KEENOVA Mono Diamond Wire is engineered for high-efficiency cutting, profiling and contouring of natural stone. Used with mono wire saw machines, it delivers smooth cutting surfaces, excellent dimensional accuracy and reduced material waste on marble, granite, quartz, limestone, travertine and engineered stone.
Mono wire runs on a single-wire machine, so the wire path is set by the machine and the pulley arrangement rather than by a multi-wire frame. That is what makes it the practical choice for profiling, contouring and curved work where a straight slab line is not the objective.
Bead spacing is what keeps the cut straight and the surface clean. Plastic spacing suits stable block material; spring-enhanced assembly is used where the stone is inconsistent, cracked or drilled through.
Cutting efficiency and wear resistance come from uniform diamond distribution and a proper bond formula — that is what gives consistent performance and extended wire life.
